What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email so you can track the status of your order.
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not yet been processed for shipment. Once your order is in the “preparing for shipment”, “shipping” or “delivering” status, we will not be able to accept any changes to your order.

In which currency will I be charged?
All our transactions are based in USD. If your credit or debit card uses another currency, your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose according to the website you are on.
Do you offer the option to pay in 3 or 4 times?

How long does it take to ship my order?

What happens if I am not at home?
If you are not at home, a new next day delivery will be made or the delivery partner will contact you to schedule a new delivery date, depending on the country and delivery method you choose.

RETURNS
Do you accept returns?

Are returns free of charge?

Return shipping is free in some cases. If you return an item and the reason for the return is not a result of an error by lindaaura.com, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 30 days of receipt of the package in our warehouse.
Once your return is accepted, the refund, exchange or credit will be issued within 30 days of our services accepting your return.
